Isle of Pines

Sun, sand and clear blue waters.

Isle of Pines

I just popped over to New Caledonia for a break and ended up on the Isle of Pines. It's about 3 hours from Noumea by fast cat. I was not sure what to expect but I'm now totally hooked. It's a honest to goodness tropical paradise hidden away in the South Pacific. The sand is like white flour, the diving to die for and there are views that look like they come out of Avatar. My only gripe, that I had to come home so soon.... As I do like my diving, and who doesn't, this little island gets five stars... For your viewing pleasure I have posted a few of my holiday snaps.
