Jim Beam builds giant cans on Bondi Beach

Built at Bondi Icebergs you can see these giant cans in the swimming pool. I mean really, who knew Jim Beam came in a can? I certainly did not...

“I believe that if you’re the leader in the category, you should lead,” Ray Noble, brand director, bourbon, at Beam told B&T.

“If you don’t others will catch up pretty quick. Just in the above the line campaign alone, we will be spending $10m. So this is a big investment, but we’re confident that it’s going to say all of the right things.”

“Jim Beam has been a fragmented brand. In the US it is a bit of an older brand, where as in Australia it’s more a young adult market,” he said.

“FutureWorks wanted to try and gel something together and make it feel big and global as a big global company should.”

This was part of an interview over at  B and T. The photos were taken from there as well.
