Is Ryan Lochte trying to pull a Joaquin Phoenix? For those of you who missed it, Phoenix spent a year pretending to be an idiot druggy, went on interviews stoned, and generally acted gross for a time. It turned out to be a stunt for a film, he wanted to see how much damage he could do to his image for I'm Still Here.
