Bondi Beach New Year's Eve party

Skrillex a shore thing on New Year's Eve at Bondi Beach

Since 2005, Shore Thing has been one of Sydney’s favourite New Year’s Eve parties, taking over the most famous stretch of sand in the world, Bondi Beach, with the biggest names in music. From The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Basement Jaxx, David Guetta, Snoop Dog, Calvin Harris and Pendulum, it’s the event that ensures New Year’s Eve keeps its reputation as the ‘Party of the Year’.

This year’s line-up is pretty decent, including headliner Skrillex manning the decks. The promoter Fuzzy has also indicate that the selection for the rest of the line-up in the hands of the headliner, more details of which will be announced soon.

So with some wicked dubstep and electro on offer and a heap of fireworks lighting up the ocean you may well be looking at the best New Year’s event ever.
